The majority of Lithuanians are buried in Section F. However, a few are buried in the upright monument area in Section BB.

Holy Cross Cemetery is a Catholic cemetery that is one of three cemeteries frequented by the post
WWII Los Angeles Lithuanian Community [Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale and Calvery Cemetery
(pre WWII Lithuanians) near downtown LA are the other two]. Holy Cross is located next to the city of
Santa Monica, CA which has a very large post WWII Lithuanian community that has continued to
grow since Lithuania's Independence in 1991.

This database is of post WWII immigrants.
